3. Payment & Revision Policy

• Full payment is required before work begins.
• Due to the custom nature of our Services, refunds are not provided once work has started.
• Relevant Resumes provides up to two sets of revisions within seven calendar days of initial delivery at no additional charge. Additional revisions or requests made after this period may incur a fee.

4. Intellectual Property

• All website content, templates, and branding materials are the property of Relevant Resumes and may not be copied or redistributed without consent.
• Upon final delivery and full payment, you may use your resume and related materials for personal job-seeking purposes. Relevant Resumes retains creative rights to the document structure, layout, and original content for portfolio use, with all identifying client information removed.

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee interviews, job placement, or career advancement. Career outcomes depend on your job search strategy, application activity, and market conditions.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.

Relevant Resumes’ liability is strictly limited to the completion of agreed-upon deliverables. We are not responsible for outcomes beyond final delivery, including how materials are used or interpreted after client approval.

7. Proofreading & Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all delivered materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and formatting before use. Relevant Resumes is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies once documents have been approved by the client.

8. Inactivity Policy

To ensure timely service delivery, we require client collaboration throughout the process. If we do not receive a response, required information, or feedback within 10 calendar days, the project will be considered complete. Any subsequent edits or requests may be subject to additional charges and timeline adjustments.
